4.3. With respect to usage Limits, the Licensor provides no warranties and assumes no liability for:
4.3.1. The rate at which the Limit is consumed, which depends on the complexity of requests, the volume of data processed, the current load on computing resources and other technical factors;
4.3.2. The number of operations (requests, tasks) that may be performed within one Limit, since the actual amount of the Limit consumed by one operation is determined by internal algorithms and technical parameters of data processing and may vary;
4.3.3. The exact amount of the Limit consumed by one specific operation, except in cases of an obvious technical error on the part of the Licensor.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. This Appendix shall enter into force upon acceptance in the manner specified in clause 2.2 of this Appendix and shall remain in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations, but in any event no longer than the term of the agreement under Appendix 1 (ATS).
